How to:

1. Select the size you need and provide a detailed description of your design ideas in the personalisation box or contact us through Instagram or Facebook with your order number @rubyandcoapparel or email on rubyandcoapparel@hotmail.com
2. Get inspired by our photo examples or send us colour/design suggestions. 

3. We will create a design preview for you and send a digital harness mock up. 
4. After your approval manufacturing can begin and takes approximately 20 days. 
We offer unlimited revisions until you're completely satisfied with the final design.

Return & Refund Policy:
Due to the customised nature of our dog harnesses, returns and refunds are not accepted. A mock-up of the harness will be presented for your review and approval prior to production.
Our entire collection is fully adjustable to give your dog the perfect fit and comfort. Our harnesses are adjustable at both the neck and chest, ensuring the best fit for any dog breed.
